29th Golden Plumb International Building Catalog Awards and Building Catalog Architecture Awards Found Their Winners at the Award Ceremony Held at İPA Florya Campus!
The 29th Golden Plumb International Building Catalog Awards and Building Catalog Architecture Awards Ceremony, held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, was held with a large participation at İPA Florya Campus. Events held throughout the day in parallel with the award ceremony brought together building sector professionals, architects and students, encouraging sectoral information sharing and cooperation.
The ceremony, which started at 19:00 on Thursday, June 6, witnessed the moments when the Golden Plumb Awards and Building Catalog Architecture Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in the building and architecture sector, found their owners. At the ceremony, the 29th Golden Plumb Awards were given in three main categories: "Innovative Product Award", "Idea Award" and "Communication and Marketing Award". In addition, Building Catalog Architecture Awards found their owners in two main categories: "Architect's First Building" and "Architecture Incentive Awards".

The winners of the Building Catalog Architecture Awards, which offer two different design competitions to the sector as the "Architect's First Building" Award and the "Architecture Encouragement" Award and reward architects for both their built structures and their ideas on paper, were also awarded on the same night. Lift Studio won the “Architect's First Building” Award with its "Tekirdağ Metropolitan Municipality Complex" project and MIMLAB was awarded the first place in the “Architecture Incentive” Award with its "Society 5.0" project.

Material Information Seminars
As the first event of the day, the Material Information Seminars, which started at 11:00 at the IPA Florya Campus, attracted great attention from the participants. The strategic partners who supported the award ceremony and the companies that won the 29th Golden Plumb International Building Catalog Awards introduced their products on stage to the professionals and architects in the building sector for twenty minutes each and provided comprehensive information about current developments and technological innovations.
In between the material information seminars that continued throughout the day, building sector professionals visited the stands of strategic supporters and received more detailed information about the products they were curious about.
B2B Meetings
B2B meetings, which started at 15:00, provided an efficient platform where strategic supporters and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Institutions had the opportunity to meet one-on-one. During the fifteen-minute meetings, the companies introduced their products and materials and evaluated cooperation opportunities.
The event was held in strategic partnership with Alaz Ahşap Teknolojileri, Berk Laminat, DKM, Gerflor Turkiye, GEWISS, Gezen Orman Ürünleri, inohom & Smart Home Systems, Serge Ferrari, Sib Turkey, Teska, Waagner Biro Steel and Glass, Yurtbay Seramik and with the support of Istanbul Planning Agency.
After the Event
The Material Book, which compiles the award-winning products within the scope of the event, the companies that support the event and the sectoral information produced, will be published on yapikatalogu.com starting from July 2024.
